Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 11 October 2026
These terms apply to your use of the GyanArt website. Specific client work is governed by a separate written service agreement or contract.
1. About GyanArt
GyanArt is operated by Gyaneshwar as an individual / sole proprietor in Bengaluru, India. Services may include local SEO, Google Business Profile support, website design and UX improvements, content guidance, conversion improvements, and related consulting. The actual scope for each client is the scope agreed in writing.
2. Website information
We aim to keep website information accurate and useful, but general website content is provided for information only. It may not cover every circumstance and should not be treated as legal, tax, or other professional advice.
3. Proposals and client contracts
Before paid work begins, GyanArt and the client should agree on a written proposal, service agreement, or contract. That document should define deliverables, scope and exclusions, responsibilities, timeline, fees, payment schedule, revision limits, access requirements, cancellation or termination terms, and support or maintenance. If an accepted client agreement conflicts with these general website terms for a specific engagement, the client agreement will govern that engagement to the extent of the conflict.
4. Fees, refunds and third-party costs
Website package prices shown on the website are indicative descriptions of standard small-business scopes: Presence ₹10,000 one-time setup plus ₹1,000 per month; Growth ₹25,000 one-time setup plus ₹2,000 per month; and Performance ₹37,000 one-time setup plus ₹3,000 per month. The listed standard website page limits are 5, 10 and 30 pages respectively. The one-time setup fee includes responsive website design and development only within the stated scope and page limit. Monthly support covers only the maintenance, reviews and small updates listed for the selected package; it is not unlimited development or redesign. Complex functionality, e-commerce, booking systems, custom applications, complex integrations, large-scale copywriting, paid themes/plugins and any work outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges. Final fees, payment milestones, deliverables, timeline, revisions, exclusions, refunds, and cancellation-related charges are defined in the written proposal or client agreement; that agreement governs the specific engagement. Unless expressly included in writing, third-party costs—including advertising spend, paid software, hosting, domains, stock assets, and other vendor charges—are separate from GyanArt’s service fees and are the client’s responsibility. Do not assume an item is included unless the written scope says so.
5. Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, securing rights to materials they supply, obtaining any required permissions, reviewing deliverables, and providing timely access and feedback. Clients remain responsible for their business decisions, offers, pricing, claims, customer communications, and compliance obligations unless a written agreement explicitly states otherwise.
6. Results and third-party platforms
GyanArt uses reasonable professional efforts to deliver the agreed work, but cannot guarantee specific search rankings, traffic, leads, sales, revenue, Google Business Profile outcomes, or AI-search visibility. Search engines, social platforms, hosting providers, and other third parties may change their rules, algorithms, features, or availability. Outcomes also depend on factors outside GyanArt’s control.
7. Intellectual property and deliverables
Once the client has paid all amounts due for the relevant work, the client owns the final deliverables created specifically for that client, subject to any third-party materials or licences and any exclusions expressly identified in the written agreement. GyanArt retains ownership of its pre-existing materials, tools, methods, reusable templates, and know-how unless otherwise agreed in writing. Any third-party assets remain subject to their applicable licence terms. The client agreement should identify any exceptions or licensing restrictions that apply to a project.
8. Acceptable use
You must not misuse this website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, or use the site in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.
9. External links and tools
Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. GyanArt does not control or endorse every external service and is not responsible for its content, availability, terms, or privacy practices.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, GyanArt is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from use of this informational website or reliance on general website content. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by law. Liability for paid services should be addressed in the applicable client agreement.
11. Changes and governing law
