Privacy Policy
Last updated: 12 October 2026
This policy explains how GyanArt handles information when you visit this website, request a growth audit, or contact us about services.
1. Who we are
GyanArt is a digital growth consultancy operated by Gyaneshwar as an individual / sole proprietor in Bengaluru, India. For questions about this policy or your personal information, contact info@gyanart.com.
2. Information you provide
If you submit a contact form or request a growth audit, we may receive your name, business name, email address, mobile number, website or Google Maps link, and the message or goals you choose to share. Please do not submit passwords, payment-card details, or sensitive personal information through these forms.
3. How we use information
We use the information you provide to respond to enquiries, assess a requested audit, communicate about possible services, deliver agreed work, maintain business records, protect the website, and meet applicable legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
4. Website analytics and cookies
This website includes a Google Analytics 4 (GA4) measurement tag configured with measurement ID G-D0JCS746B6. The tag is intended to measure website usage, which may include pages viewed, browser and device information, referral source, approximate location derived from network information, and interactions with the site. Cookies or similar technologies may be used depending on the visitor’s browser and Google Analytics configuration. GyanArt has added event tracking for successful contact and free growth-audit form submissions (event: generate_lead) and clicks on WhatsApp, telephone, and email links (event: contact_click). These events record the form category or contact method, not the information typed into the forms. Form fields and message contents are not intentionally sent to Google Analytics. The tag being present in the website build does not by itself confirm that events are successfully received by Google Analytics; configuration and data collection should be checked periodically. Analytics is used for website measurement, not as a statement of advertising or cross-site ad targeting.
Google may process analytics information under its own terms and privacy policy. Read Google’s Privacy Policy and Google Analytics’ data safeguards information. You can manage or delete cookies through your browser settings.
5. Form submissions, email and service providers
Website forms are handled by a PHP script on the web hosting service, which attempts to send messages using the host’s mail function. The hosting provider and email systems involved may process form details as part of delivering and handling those messages. Successful email delivery is not guaranteed. We may also use providers to host the website or provide analytics. We may disclose information where required by law or to protect rights, security, and the website.
6. Retention and security
GyanArt has not yet set a fixed retention period for enquiry information. Information should be kept only for as long as reasonably needed to respond to the enquiry, manage potential or active client work, maintain necessary business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal requirements. A specific retention schedule has not been established and should be reviewed. Reasonable measures are intended to protect information, but no website or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.
7. Your choices and requests
You can choose not to provide optional information, although that may limit our ability to assess a request. You may contact info@gyanart.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, subject to applicable law and legitimate record-keeping requirements. You can manage or delete cookies through your browser settings; blocking them may affect some website functionality or measurement.
8. Children
This website and our services are intended for businesses and adults. GyanArt does not knowingly seek to collect personal information from children.
9. External websites
This website may link to services such as LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Google, or WhatsApp. Those services operate under their own privacy policies, and GyanArt does not control their practices.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our practices or legal requirements change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date.
11. Contact
For privacy questions or requests, email info@gyanart.com.
The GA4 tag and event tracking are present in the website source; successful data receipt has not been independently verified. GyanArt should periodically review analytics settings and finalise a retention schedule. This page is general information, not legal advice.
